Nancy and I again want to thank you for the wonderful experience regarding the design and construction of our new home.

We also wanted you to know that as you work with other families who are going through the design and building process, that you are welcome to use us as references and you are welcome to make arrangements to show prospective clients through our home.

You were extremely useful in helping us through the design process and the many creative suggestions you made found their way into our home and helps to make it a special place for us.

We appreciated your organization and communication throughout the project.  You made sure there was a detailed understanding before the start of construction as to what was expected; you communicated issues and updated us on a regular basis; and you and Mike were on-site most everyday to assure the subcontractors were completing work on a timely basis and to the quality standards you expect.

There was never any question whether or not everything would be "done right" as you were always well ahead of us making sure everything was done properly before we were ever involved.

There are many things that make a "house a home" and part of that is the joy of going through the planning and building process with someone who cares as much about out house as they do their own.  And you certainly practice that philosophy.
